When he isn’t teaching music lessons as a vocal coach and piano instructor or composing his own music, Derek Roura can be found performing around Tampa Bay, Orlando, and surrounding areas. Not only does he write his own alt indie originals, but he also loves performing pop, rock, soul, and top 40’s covers. A seasoned musician, Derek has been teaching for almost a decade and has performed for even longer. He has experience singing for musical theater productions, theme park entertainment, weddings, corporate events, international tours, competitions, a cappella groups, and private parties.
